SERVICE AGREEMENT SCOPE
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DataCore Analytics regarding your access to and use of our advanced data science consulting services, digital platforms, and related resources.
By accessing our services, submitting consultation requests, or engaging with our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to individual professionals, corporate entities, and institutional clients.
Our services are designed for professional use in business, research, and analytical contexts. Users are expected to have appropriate technical knowledge and business authorization to engage with advanced data science solutions.
USER OBLIGATIONS & SERVICE USAGE
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Security:
Maintain confidentiality of access credentials, implement appropriate security measures, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Accurate Information:
Provide truthful, complete, and current information during consultation processes and maintain accuracy of all submitted data and requirements.
Lawful Use:
Use our services only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Data Quality:
Ensure that any data provided for analysis is legally obtained, properly authorized, and complies with relevant data protection regulations.
SERVICE USAGE GUIDELINES
Consultation Services:
Our advisory services are provided for informational and analytical purposes. Implementation decisions remain your responsibility and should be made with appropriate professional guidance.
Technical Solutions:
Custom algorithms and models are developed based on provided specifications and data characteristics. Performance may vary depending on data quality and environmental factors.
Platform Access:
Digital platform access is provided for legitimate business purposes only. Attempts to compromise security, extract proprietary information, or disrupt services are prohibited.
Intellectual Property:
Respect intellectual property rights of all parties. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute proprietary methodologies without explicit authorization.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
• Data Misuse: Providing false, misleading, or unlawfully obtained data for analysis
• Security Violations: Attempting to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
• Service Abuse: Using services for illegal activities, fraud, or harmful purposes
• System Interference: Disrupting platform operations or overwhelming system resources
• Competitive Intelligence: Using services to analyze competitors' proprietary information without authorization
• Resale Restrictions: Redistributing or reselling our services without proper licensing agreements
SERVICE AVAILABILITY & LIMITATIONS
Availability:
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and force majeure events may affect availability.
Performance Limitations:
Analytical results depend on data quality, completeness, and environmental factors. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or performance levels.
Scope Restrictions:
Services are limited to the scope defined in individual project agreements. Additional requirements may necessitate separate agreements and pricing.
Capacity Limits:
We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all clients and maintain service quality.
PAYMENT & BILLING TERMS
Payment Schedule:
Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
Currency:
All pricing is quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect international transactions.
Late Payments:
Overdue accounts may be subject to service suspension and late payment charges as permitted by applicable law.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet delivered. Completed analytical work is generally non-refundable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
DataCore Analytics IP:
All proprietary methodologies, algorithms, software, and analytical frameworks remain our intellectual property regardless of customization or implementation.
Client Data Rights:
You retain ownership of your data and any insights derived specifically from your proprietary information. We may retain aggregated, anonymized insights for service improvement.
Deliverable Ownership:
Custom reports, analyses, and recommendations are provided for your internal use. Reproduction or distribution requires appropriate licensing agreements.
License Grants:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use delivered solutions for the purposes specified in project agreements.
CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
• Mutual Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the business relationship
• Data Protection: Your business data and analytical requirements are treated as confidential information
• Staff Obligations: All team members are bound by confidentiality agreements and professional ethics standards
• Third-Party Disclosure: Confidential information is not shared with third parties without explicit written consent
• Post-Engagement Protection: Confidentiality obligations continue beyond the termination of service agreements
LEGAL INFORMATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific outcomes
• Analytical results are based on provided data and may vary with different datasets
• Business decisions based on our recommendations remain your responsibility
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Initial Resolution: We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns or disputes promptly and professionally.
Mediation: If direct resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to mediation through recognized Cyprus mediation services.
Arbitration: Complex disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under Cyprus arbitration rules.
Legal Proceedings: Court proceedings are available as a final resort for unresolved disputes.
TERM MODIFICATION & TERMINATION
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual project contracts. Termination does not affect completed work or outstanding payment obligations.
SEVERABILITY & ENFORCEMENT
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Unenforceable provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable while preserving their intended purpose.
